1. You must use Adobe Acrobat Reader to Download the entry form. You can download Acrobat Reader for free at www.adobe.com
2. After downloading the entry, please be sure to fill out BOTH SIDES of the entry form. The downloaded entry will be two pages. On one page is the player information, the other will be the liability form. We use the player information for college coaches packets. The liability waiver must be signed and sent in with the entry. A player will not be able to participate without the signed liability waiver.
3. We accept a total of 60 players for the Show Me Shootout. Unfortunately, we cannot "hold spots". Your entry is accepted upon receipt of entry and entry payment.
4. This is our 8th consecutive showcase event. Entries are coming in for the Fall event at a faster rate than last year. We expect the event to be full. We will announce on the website when the Show Me Shootout has reached the maximum number of participants.
